Find a voice that finally feels like it belongs to you.

As seen and heard in

When you use your voice fully, everything shifts.

Confident. Grounded. Impossible to ignore.

Where artistry meets strategy, helping you use your voice as your most powerful tool for influence and connection.

Hi, I’m MaryAnne “Mac” Mccormack

A NIDA graduate and voice and performance professional with over 20 years of experience as both a coach and international performer. I’ve performed on some of the world’s most iconic stages including Lincoln Center in New York, the Royal Albert Hall in London, and Melbourne’s Hamer Hall.

Now I help women in business, performers, and diverse clients reconnect with their voices so they can speak with clarity, confidence, and ease.

Because your voice is more than sound, it’s the strategy that shapes how you lead, influence, and connect.

This work isn’t just about sounding polished. It’s about feeling at home in your voice so you can lead, connect, and show up anywhere with confidence.

Trusted by leading organisations and seen on the world’s most iconic stages.

The MAC Method™

At the heart of my work is The MAC Method™. A proven framework where art meets science.

It’s where emotional intelligence meets vocal intelligence.

It blends voice, presence, EQ, and storytelling so you can unlock a voice that feels unmistakably yours.

Your Voice. Your Path.

For Women in business

Powerfully You™

Voice and Presence Coaching for Women in Business

Speak with clarity, confidence, and presence without losing your natural style or sounding like someone you’re not.

I help women develop voices they can rely on. Voices that carry authority and warmth. So they can present, pitch, and lead without second-guessing how they sound.

For Performers

The Complete Performer™

Voice, Acting & Accent Coaching for Performers

Refine your instrument. Deepen your craft. Bring truth and power to every performance on stage, on screen, and in every moment that matters.

As someone who has lived this work for decades, I help performers build a voice and presence they can trust. So every moment feels alive, not over-rehearsed.

Meet Mac

I’ve spent over 20 years performing on some of the world’s greatest stages and working with clients across business, performance, and diverse communities.

What I’ve learned is that your voice isn’t just how you sound, it’s how you’re felt.

It shapes how you’re seen, trusted, and remembered.

My mission is simple: to help you find a voice that finally feels like home, and the presence to share it anywhere with confidence.

Q&A

I work with women in business and leadership, performers (actors, singers, and creatives), and clients seeking inclusive Access Coaching (trans, gender-diverse, and NDIS clients).

Yes. I coach clients worldwide via Zoom, as well as in person in Melbourne (by appointment).

Absolutely. Voice coaching is about far more than performance — it’s about feeling confident, grounded, and expressive whenever you speak, whether that’s in a meeting, a presentation, or a conversation.

It depends on your goals. Some clients work with me for a one-off session to prepare for a specific event, while others choose longer-term coaching to make deeper, lasting changes to how they use their voice.

Yes. For performers, I offer accent and dialect coaching as part of The Complete Artist program, so your speech feels natural and connected in any role or audition.

No. My coaching focuses on voice, communication, and presence, rather than clinical rehabilitation. If you’re unsure whether you need speech therapy or coaching, we can discuss your goals and help you find the right path.
